The hotel is located in a great spot, right in the city center. It is easily accessible to all modes of transportation and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes in the vicinity. You can find a supermarket nearby for any essentials you may need. The neighborhood is peaceful, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The facilities such as the hairdryer and tea maker are in good working condition.
One downside is that there were some issues with water leaking from the shower cabin.

Convenient access to transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. Helpful staff with luggage. Hot water issue in sink resolved promptly. Will likely choose again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were helpful and kind, and they spoke perfect English. The hotel was always clean, and the facilities were great. It was located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Istiklal street. The metro station was conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore this city. this hotel was situated in a peaceful neighborhood, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, in a quiet area yet close to the main attractions. the service was exceptional, staff members were friendly, welcoming and attentive. the room had exclusive amenities, such as a private sauna and Jacuzzi, which made my stay luxurious. the bed was comfortable with plush linens, and the bathroom was spotless and equipped with high-end toiletries. the attention to detail and cleanliness were commendable.
In the room, there were some minor issues. the temperature was too high, and the air conditioning was not working correctly.
